Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Execution Support Specialist - National Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets and ensure Matching Gifts are accurately represented in fundraising accounts
• Support pledge payment processing and manage national revenue from territory and national lockboxes
• Execute internal operations support, including processing refunds, adjustments, and addressing check processing errors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a directly relatable role
• Prior experience with the organization preferred
• Knowledge of the organization's mission, products, and services preferred
