A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and handoff to post-sales teams
- Utilize a consultative, value-based selling approach to address customer challenges
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic account development
Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in technology or POS-related verticals
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience with Value-Based Selling methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to identify and address customer pain points effectively
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems for pipeline generation
