Job Summary

A company is looking for a Parent Navigator to guide families through their mental health journey and provide personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and check-ins to assess family needs and provide ongoing support
• Identify appropriate levels of support and coordinate care logistics for families
• Help families utilize digital resources and provide education on parenting strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in family support, care coordination, or case management
• Degree in Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields
• Experience working with families navigating child mental health challenges
• Comfortable using technology platforms and guiding others through digital tools
• Knowledge of child development and mental health resources is preferred
