Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, cancel, and confirm medical appointments based on patient preferences and physician guidelines
- Respond to non-scheduling inquiries and route calls appropriately
- Collect and maintain accurate patient registration and insurance information for timely payment processing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
- Proficiency in computer operations and ability to use various software applications
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
