Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Agent - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing member inquiries professionally
  • Document all interactions accurately in the system and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors as necessary and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or healthcare certification preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare
  • Ability to multitask and proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
