Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing member inquiries professionally
- Document all interactions accurately in the system and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors as necessary and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or healthcare certification preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare
- Ability to multitask and proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
