Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Qualification Specialist to provide excellent customer service and support to patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support local branch offices by reviewing new patient orders and documentation for health insurance requirements
• Request health plan authorizations and develop business relationships with field leadership
• Proactively enhance the patient experience and support employee engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Must reside and work within the United States
