Key Responsibilities
- Develop global enrollment and retention solutions to enhance patient screening and compliance
- Manage patient engagement service offerings and associated costs for global bids
- Assess patient enrollment challenges and opportunities to improve recruitment and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
- University/college degree in life science or health care field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in clinical research
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in patient recruitment, preferably within a CRO
- Experience in scientific report writing and data analysis
- Experience in global patient engagement activities and collaboration with patient advocacy groups
