Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Recruitment & Retention Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient recruitment and retention (PRR) and decentralized clinical trial (DCT) strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PRR and DCT elements into clinical trials
- Identify suitable technologies and vendors to support PRR and DCT implementation
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree & 2 years of related experience, or Master's degree & 4 years, or Bachelor's degree & 6 years, or Associate's degree & 10 years, or High school diploma/GED & 12 years of related experience
- 5+ years of work experience in life sciences or a medically related field
- 3 years of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience related to clinical trials
- Experience in patient recruitment, retention, and DCT strategy planning
- Experience managing recruitment, retention, and DCT vendors
