Payer Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Enrollment & Credentialing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding of new clients and ensure timely completion of payer enrollments and revalidations
• Follow up on claims and eligibility issues while building relationships with key client decision makers
• Act as a point of contact for assigned clients and assist with implementation and billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

• EMS experience or knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to learn new computer systems and understand workflows
• Knowledge of lockboxes and ticketing systems is preferred
• Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and report on project progress
