A company is looking for a Payer Relations Manager - Med Device.

Key Responsibilities

• Solicit, manage, and expand relationships with third-party payors to achieve desired reimbursement rates
• Develop and execute strategic plans to gain contracts with targeted payers
• Coordinate payor relationships to support the sales team and enhance market awareness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare insurance/payer contracting
• Proven leadership and successful contracting and negotiating skills
• Strong relationships with payor organizations in the designated market
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
