Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Relationship Manager to serve as the link between health insurance partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned payer accounts, building strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor
• Support internal teams in resolving operational issues with payer partners and manage regular partnership calls
• Monitor payer health metrics and deliver quarterly business reviews to highlight operational strengths and areas for improvement
