A company is looking for a Sr. Associate, Performance Marketing (Paid Social).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day account and campaign operations for paid social ad programs on Meta
- Execute ad launches, optimizations, and budget management while monitoring campaign performance
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to plan and execute testing roadmaps and report on performance findings
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in paid social media performance marketing, focusing on user acquisition
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with Smartly is a plus
- Proven track record of managing paid social programs effectively
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business goals
