Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Center, Director of Operations in the Midwest region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for pharmacy functions to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care
• Develop and mentor staff while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Accountable for financial performance and client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business or pharmacy related field; pharmacy degree and/or MBA preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in various departmental functions with at least 2 years in a management role
• Knowledge of accreditation and certification requirements
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to prioritize projects and conduct research effectively
