Project Coordinator - Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator- Security Oversight and Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and tracking of security-related projects, including risk mitigation and internal process improvements
• Collaborate with InfoSec and cross-functional partners to document requirements and timelines
• Maintain project documentation, action items, meeting notes, and status reports

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, with at least 1 year in InfoSec, IT, or Engineering initiatives
• Associates degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across departments
• Familiarity with information security domains, risk management, or regulatory compliance is a strong plus
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet
