Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent insurance agents
- Collaborate with agents to identify growth opportunities and create actionable strategies
- Conduct regular visits to understand agent needs and drive premium growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, insurance, or a related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in insurance sales, relationship management, or agency development
- Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain as needed)
- Deep understanding of the insurance industry and independent agents
- Experience working with high-performing independent agents and agency networks
