Regional Manager - Asset Protection

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager - Asset Protection in the Northeast.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop and implement strategies for asset protection focused on investigations and systems
• Analyze data to support investigations and decision-making, guiding teams in profitability tools
• Train teams on asset protection software and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail asset protection, investigations, training, or operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives
• Familiarity with asset protection-related exception reporting systems and processes
• Experience in conducting asset protection investigations and knowledge of AP modeling techniques is preferred
