Supply Chain Planning Process Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Supply Chain Planning Process Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate the monthly Supply Review Meeting (SRM) and ensure alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Act as the Supply Planning Process Owner, maintaining governance and continuous improvement of planning processes
• Unify supply plans across products and regions to provide a consolidated view for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or BA in supply chain management, science, or engineering; M.B.A or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of supply chain management and planning experience in a global or multi-plant Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Product company
• Experience with global product supply planning and knowledge of Biotech and Pharmaceutical Sales & Operations Planning processes
• Good understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements
• Expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and advanced planning tools
