Key Responsibilities
- Answers telephones and responds to basic customer questions or forwards calls to appropriate personnel
- Records call history and processes requests while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Performs data entry and matches documents to accounts for accurate information management
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
- Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to understand team roles and consult the correct stakeholders for client inquiries
