Job Description

Teleperformance Italy is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our remote call centre team. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills to succeed. As a remote call centre agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer queries effectively. Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding call handling and data security.
• Accurately record customer interactions and relevant information in the company system.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers in all situations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
• Strong listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proficient computer skills and ability to use various software applications
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience (not required)
• Experience working in a call centre environment (not required)
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (advantageous)
