Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and schedule patient appointments in a multi-specialty, multi-location environment
- Obtain, verify, and update patient information while maintaining confidentiality
- Achieve call standards and maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate/GED required
- 1+ year of healthcare experience required
- EPIC system experience preferred
- 2 years' customer service experience preferred
- Previous office and computer experience required
