Senior Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Reimbursement Specialist (Fixed-Term).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct benefit investigations and verify insurance benefits for patients and physicians
• Manage patient files, coordinate product orders and shipments, and participate in call center activities
• Educate stakeholders on program requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 4 - 6 years' experience in insurance, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries
• Computer proficiency in MS Office applications; database experience is a plus
• Knowledge of third-party billing, coding, medical terminology, and prior authorizations preferred
• Experience in customer service and/or reimbursement is beneficial
