Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Reimbursement Specialist (Fixed-Term).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct benefit investigations and verify insurance benefits for patients and physicians
- Manage patient files, coordinate product orders and shipments, and participate in call center activities
- Educate stakeholders on program requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 4 - 6 years' experience in insurance, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries
- Computer proficiency in MS Office applications; database experience is a plus
- Knowledge of third-party billing, coding, medical terminology, and prior authorizations preferred
- Experience in customer service and/or reimbursement is beneficial
