Indiana Licensed Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse-Outpatient Triage-PRN-Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone nursing care, including post-operative and urgent care for patients
• Act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and other healthcare team members
• Follow the Nursing Process for patient assessment and dispositioning

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA required; advanced certifications may be necessary
• Two years of experience in an ambulatory setting preferred
