Remote Direct Buy Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Direct Buy Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new vendors and manage their accounts from signup to activation
• Research and recruit new vendors for the Direct Buy Program
• Field and resolve inquiries from existing vendors while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• Cold calling and outbound sales experience
• At least 1-year experience in customer service preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
