Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Identify and understand client hiring needs to recommend appropriate Deel Talent solutions
- Deliver tailored demos of the Deel platform and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Customer Success, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, recruiting solutions, or global workforce platforms
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and working with external partners or talent networks is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation
