Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing high-performing sales teams or 5+ years in a player/coach role with revenue goals
- Experience navigating go-to-market transformations and building adaptive commercial strategies
- Proven ability to grow and lead sales teams with accountability to quotas and KPIs
- Data-driven and analytical with strong command of Salesforce and modern sales tools
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
