Key Responsibilities
- Build a commercial loan portfolio by prospecting for new Agricultural business
- Engage and lead team members to identify additional products and services for clients

Required Qualifications
- 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in Agricultural Commercial Bank Sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of credit, bank products, services, underwriting, and bank operations
- Curiosity about how companies operate and what contributes to their success
