Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Business Coordinator to support back-office processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates with Sellers and Project Managers regarding contract documents and approvals
- Sets up projects accurately for appropriate revenue recognition and compliance with internal controls
- Acts as the subject matter expert for project setup and revenue recognition
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in project accounting in a service industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
- Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Salesforce is a plus
