Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to meet sales, profit, and brand health objectives
- Conduct analysis of brand performance and consumer insights to enhance business strategies
- Manage product portfolio and identify opportunities for innovation and product renovation
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of Brand Management experience in Consumer Packaged Goods
- Experience in the Vitamins and Supplements industry is mandatory
- Knowledge of trade channels including Grocery, Drug, and E-Commerce
- Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L management
- MBA preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
