Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in AdTech, MarTech, or digital media
- Deep understanding of YouTube media buying, contextual targeting, and ad measurement
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships across various stakeholders
- Strong experience in contract negotiation and deal structuring
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams across multiple functions
