A company is looking for a Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and driving new business wins to generate Freelance and Permanent opportunities
- Networking with clients to promote the company's offerings and maintain relationships
- Creating and maintaining a target list of potential new business and developing strategic plans to convert them
Required Qualifications
- Previous Business Development experience in a service-focused business, preferably in Recruitment
- Proven track record of winning business and nurturing client relationships at a senior level
- Experience in planning, strategizing, and opportunity qualification
- Strong presentation skills and ability to recognize additional sales opportunities
- Negotiation skills with a capability to close bids and pitches effectively
