Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst - Consultant II to join their IT team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear and concise technical specifications for development teams
• Design and execute system and user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies to validate that solutions meet business expectations

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 2 or more years of experience in a related field (Preferred)
• No supervisory responsibilities
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
