A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone calls, including routing, claims reporting, policy changes, and payment processing
- Process tasks from a work queue and take on additional projects while meeting service level expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Prior experience in call center, reception work, or retail
- Data entry skills and knowledge of personal computers
- Effective telephone and interpersonal skills
