Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large client portfolio post-onboarding, including scheduling calls and conducting follow-ups
- Monitor client health and product utilization to enhance engagement and retention
- Serve as the primary contact for contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Service, or related fields
- Experience in the healthcare industry and/or credentialing space preferred
- Proficiency with desktop applications, including Excel
- Ability to learn web-based software and understand a SaaS model
