Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large client portfolio post-onboarding, including scheduling calls and conducting follow-ups
  • Monitor client health and product utilization to enhance engagement and retention
  • Serve as the primary contact for contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Service, or related fields
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and/or credentialing space preferred
  • Proficiency with desktop applications, including Excel
  • Ability to learn web-based software and understand a SaaS model
