Key Responsibilities
- Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell for assigned customers, ensuring mutual growth

- Build Success Plans and establish strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or sales roles
- Experience with enterprise brands in the influencer marketing, SaaS, or agency space
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and make strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated success in building positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams
