Key Responsibilities
- Support customer retention by addressing service disconnection requests and resolving client issues
- Encourage retention through proactive outreach at critical points in the customer lifecycle
- Meet or exceed retention goals by strategically offering product bundles and services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must reside in the Central Division states
- Access to a suitable home office setup with reliable internet service
