Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims on the first call
  • Guide customers in understanding consumer-driven health care topics and assist with plan selections
  • Contact care providers on behalf of customers to assist with appointment scheduling and connections


Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Experience with Windows PCs and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during specified business hours, including occasional overtime
