Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims on the first call
- Guide customers in understanding consumer-driven health care topics and assist with plan selections
- Contact care providers on behalf of customers to assist with appointment scheduling and connections
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Experience with Windows PCs and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during specified business hours, including occasional overtime
