- Manage daily operations of the Client Consultant and Customer Service Representative teams to ensure quality service delivery
- Provide leadership and direction to integrate and enhance team operations while meeting departmental goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables align with strategic objectives and resolve any operational issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in the print industry or HS/GED with 9 years of experience
- Supervisory experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Proven track record in project management
- Experience in managing teams through complex project implementations
