Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a distributed team of customer success associates, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Create and maintain training guides and processes to ensure high-quality customer support
- Provide hands-on training and troubleshoot technical issues for clinic staff
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, client services, or technical support, preferably in healthtech or B2B SaaS
- Experience working with international healthcare clients and supporting multi-region deployments
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and basic troubleshooting processes
- Comfort using CRM systems and knowledge base platforms
- Experience creating or maintaining help center content or self-service resources
