Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer II (Java, AWS).
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of client-reported incidents and understand their business and technical impacts
- Formulate technical solutions in accordance with service level agreements and manage complex issues
- Coordinate with various teams to enhance the customer experience and advocate for product improvements
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Concepts
- Familiarity with Linux commands and monitoring tools such as AppD and Kibana
- Understanding of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and basic troubleshooting of enterprise applications
- Exposure to AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents effectively
