Job Summary
A company is looking for a Database Support Specialist to provide support for their CRM database and enhance user training and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for CRM users, troubleshooting issues and promoting CRM adoption
- Conduct regular database maintenance and quality assurance to ensure data integrity
- Develop and facilitate training for new and existing users, creating documentation and resources
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of CRMs and experience in troubleshooting issues
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience using CRMs, preferably EveryAction
- Experience in nonprofit organizations and understanding of their business processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
- Ability to travel up to 5% as needed
