A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst, Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract execution, reporting, and customer agreements in collaboration with the Legal team
• Analyze pricing and discount scenarios while developing metrics to assess discount usage over time
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize deal processes and ensure alignment with business strategies

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in the SaaS or tech industry
• A degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
• Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle tools
• Strong understanding of SaaS contract structures and pricing strategies
