Job Summary

A company is looking for a HCA Director of Operations, AVP.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee migration and optimization efforts related to account performance and operational strategies
• Facilitate working sessions with subject matter experts to manage change activities
• Analyze monthly regional budgeting and accounting reports to maintain adherence to the annual budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related area; Master's preferred
• Previous ROI and/or Project Management experience preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA Compliancy Regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
