Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement & Sales Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a team of enablement professionals to execute programs across pre-sales, sales, and customer success
- Design and implement onboarding, continuous learning, and skill development programs to enhance team effectiveness
- Drive adoption of sales methodologies to standardize processes and improve forecasting accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or sales leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience leading enablement teams in high-growth SaaS or B2B environments
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
