Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Call Center Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth for clients
• Design and implement strategic visions to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
• Foster a culture of excellence and engagement while managing client campaigns and ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years' experience managing a scaled inside-sales function with over 200 team members
• 5+ years' experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare and Marketplace
