Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall startup strategy focused on AI startups and venture partnerships
• Innovate the Hatch program to enhance the experience and value for startups
• Establish and manage relationships with venture partners to promote the company's value proposition

Required Qualifications

• Strong developer marketing background with the ability to communicate complex technological concepts
• Proven track record in establishing and growing venture partnerships, especially in AI and cloud computing
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of the developer ecosystem and a passion for supporting developers
• Experience or knowledge of AI technologies and offerings is highly desirable
