A company is looking for an Account Manager, Personal Lines to support their Personal Lines department and manage client insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client support and maintain accurate client information
• Manage account files and ensure compliance with company procedures for positive audit results
• Leverage insurance expertise to facilitate timely carrier quotes and review for gaps

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Personal Lines broker experience in the Florida market
• Property and Casualty License (20-44 or 2-20 required for remote roles)
• Working knowledge of personal lines coverages relevant to the industry
• Proficient in Agency Management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to provide client service through various communication methods
