Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR partner for global business units, developing and delivering people strategies aligned with business priorities
- Lead change management strategies and design interventions to improve organizational effectiveness and team performance
- Drive recruitment strategy and workforce planning while shaping employee engagement and relations strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Over 12 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a management role, preferably in life sciences
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies
- Experience in coaching leaders and managing complex organizational dynamics
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR disciplines
