Healthcare Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections Representative to assist clients' customers with outstanding balance accounts while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patients' financial situations and client guidelines
• Manage patient disputes by obtaining pertinent information and escalating issues to a supervisor as necessary
• Perform outbound calls and other assigned activities related to collections

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum one year of related work experience
• Minimum one year of collections experience
• Understanding of HIPAA and TCPA guidelines
• Preferred: Minimum one year of EPIC experience
