Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collector-Bad Debt (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment and record updates on accounts
• Utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls and manage patient disputes
• Assist in making outbound calls and perform other assigned activities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience in collections, specifically bad debt and delinquent accounts
• 1 year of experience with HER software, such as Epic or similar
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations effectively
• Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot basic issues
