Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR department with various administrative functions and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and training coordination
  • Manage vendor relationships, including pricing research, purchase orders, and compliance oversight
  • Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries and maintain corporate records and compliance with employment laws


Required Qualifications
  • Experience and knowledge of Human Resource Administration principles and practices
  • Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of previous relevant experience is required
  • General knowledge of company policies, procedures, and employment regulations
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
